Minimum Requirements
Advanced clinical license as a Nurse Practitioner.
Be over 18 years of age
Possess a valid driver's license

Demonstrates advanced knowledge of primary health symptoms, diagnoses, interventions and impact.
Accurately identifies risk and responds appropriately.
Provides direct clinical primary health care services at the advanced, independent practitioner level including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
Prescribes and manages medication.
Job Duties/Skills Required
Provides direct clinical primary health care services at the advanced, independent practitioner level including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
Prescribes and manages medication.
Completes clinical documentation accurately and at the time of service that complies with funding sources, accreditation, or other regulatory agencies.
Establishes treatment plans based on accurate assessment and diagnosis.
