Licensed Practical Nurse
Job Description
Nurse would distribute substance abuse medications to inmates. Work with Nurse Practitioner to provide MAT treatment to Lafourche Parish Jail.
Minimum Requirements
Licensed Practical Nurse with substance abuse treatment experience.
Core Competencies
Communicate effectively with team and patient.
Maintain professional boundaries.
Knowledge of agency and community resources and identify risk and responds appropriately.
Job Duties/Skills Required
Provide nursing care within their scope of practice.
Conducts screenings and assessments.
Draw labs.
Chart in EMR.
