Job Description
We are hiring a Full-time WIC CPA!
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutritional Sciences, Community Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, Dietetics , Public Health Nutrition or Home Economics with emphasis in Nutrition.
15 hours of Nutrition Education required.
Be over 18 years of age
Posses a valid driver's license
Core Competencies
Knowledge of WIC electronic documentation program.
Knowledge and ability to monitor and measure programs compliance with all applicable policies, funding and billing regulations and laws.
Knowledge and ability to assist in monitoring program's compliance to applicable accreditation standards and implementing corrective action plans as necessary
Job Duties/Skills Required
Screen WIC applicants for eligibility.
Provides participant centered nutrition counseling and referral services for participants.
Completes a nutrition assessment and prescribes WIC Food packages tailored to the participants needs.
