Administrative Assistant (Executive Dept)
Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for the CEO. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Valid LA driver's license
At least two years of relevant experience
Core Competencies
Communicates respectfully and effectively
Promptly and accurately performs clerical duties, data entry, typing, and filing.
Organizes and prioritizes duties including multiple specialized functions or to assist with agency wide duties.
Job Duties/Skills Required
Support the CEO as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
Provide administrative and office support.
Prepares, proofreads, and edits correspondence, reports, and other materials.
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality.
Occasionally drive the CEO to and from events, meetings, etc.
All other duties as assigned by the CEO.
